For years people were told to avoid fat because of the risk associated with heart disease. But what people didn't know are the difference between good and bad fats. Let me show you an article by Christine Cronau.

Food such as pastured eggs, grass-fed beef, coconut oil, olive oil, grass fed butter, avocados, nuts and seeds (sprouted or dehydrated), are examples of good fats. It will give you energy and leave you satisfied after eating. You would want to stay away from industrial seed oil like, vegetable, canola or peanut oil. You would know if it is a good kind of fat if you can find it in nature. If it is man-made fat stay away from it.
